ORBIT/FR to Supply Automotive Test Range

ORBIT/FR, Inc. has won an order to deliver an outdoor automotive test range. The facility will be installed in the US and used to test antenna designs for a wide range of automotive applications including satellite radio and GPS, as well as conventional FM radio. The test range is comprised of a large turntable, gantry assembly, gantry elevator system, source tower, RF subsystem, and the ORBIT/FR automotive data acquisition and processing software package.
