Nigeria to Establish Test Center

Nigeria’s Business Daily Online reports that
[Nigeria’s National Automotive Council (NAC)] will soon sign a technical agreement with the Automotive Association of India (ARAI) to act as a lead consultant for the establishment of an automotive Test Centre in Nigeria.
