Interface Controls FlexRay or CAN

The Elektrobit EB 5100 Interface includes two FlexRay controllers and up to two CAN channels for test applications. The FlexRay and CAN interface hardware use the PMC card standard, which means that users can use it on different carrier boards including PCI, PXI, VME or also PHS bus based systems.

The card is equipped with a high-performance microcontroller in order to be able to perform calculations in real-time directly on board. The hardware interacts with the EB tresos Busmirror rest-bus simulation solution and, via open programming interfaces, can also be easily integrated in different host systems, such as Windows and LINUX. The interface is shipped with drivers for NI/LabVIEW, as well as for time-critical applications with ETAS Labcar and NI/LabVIEW Realtime. Drivers for the Matlab/Simulink xPC real-time hardware are available upon request.
