GE Inspection Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire phoenix|x-ray, which manufactures high-resolution computed tomography (CT) / X-Ray technology used in non-destructive testing (NDT) applications. The transaction, terms of which are not being disclosed, will be completed upon receipt of regulatory approvals.
