AP Reports that Danaher yo Buy Tektronix
Tuesday, October 16th, 2007The Associated Press has reported that Danaher Corp. is buying test and measurement equipment maker Tektronix Inc. for $2.85 billion in a move to expand its electronic testing business. ANAB to Offer Lab Accreditation
Monday, October 1st, 2007The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) has acquired Assured Calibration and Laboratory Accreditation Select Services, LLC (ACLASS), expanding ANAB’s range of conformity assessment services to include accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories.
ANAB is the U.S. accreditation body for management systems and is located in Milwaukee. ACLASS is located in Arlington, Va.

Company Gets $13.6 Million for Bradley Fighting Vehicle Test Systems

Supplier Wants Expand, but….

Thursday, August 23rd, 2007GE Inspection Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire phoenix|x-ray, a leader in high-resolution computed tomography (CT) / X-ray technology used in non-destructive testing (NDT) applications.
