The SideHAND series of battery-powered, PC-based instruments features more powerful processors than found in most portable data-acquisition systems and a sophisticated power-management system that monitors battery levels, manages battery recharging, and allows batteries to be swapped in and out without having to shut down the system.
The instruments include a number of features that automotive test engineers will find useful. In addition to the 64 dynamic analog inputs, SideHAND systems also have video inputs, a GPS input, and CAN-bus inputs.
Prices start at $7,250, and the average price is approximately $15,000, depending on configuration. Delivery is stock to four weeks. For more information, go to the Dewetron website or call 877-431-5166.
