ASAM User Days October 24-25 in Pontiac, MI

The Association for Standardization of Automation and Measuring Systems (ASAM) is an auto industry trade group developing standards for data models, interfaces, and syntax specifications for a variety of applications (e.g. testing, evaluation, simulation).

ASAM User Days will be held on October 24-25, 2005 at the Tom Davis General Motors Conference Center, Pontiac, MI. This year, there will be two full days of presentations. On Monday October 24, the presentations include Automotive Electronics (MCD), Generic Data Interface (GDI)and Automation Calibration Interface (ACI). On Tuesday October 25, the presentations will include Components for Evaluation and Analysis (CEA) and Open Data Service (ODS).

Monday night there will be a hospitality event at the Big Buck Brewery in Auburn Hills.

Exhibitors include AMS, AVL, dSPACE, Froude Hoffman, HighQSoft, rd electronics, Softing AG, T-Systems, and Vector Cantech.
